Centaurus

NASC2008

In 2008, the team finished building their 8th solar vehicle, Centaurus, and competed in the 2008 North American Solar Challenge.

FSGP2009

In 2009, the team won FSGP for the record 3rd time with Centaurus, and started designing Centaurus II.

ASC2010

In 2010 the team constructed our 9th car, Centaurus II, which placed 2nd and 3rd in the 2010 American Solar Challenge, and Formula Sun Grand Prix, respectively.

FSGP2011

2011 Saw the team take home the gold at Indianapolis Motor Speedway with Centaurus II for our record 4th Formula Sun Grand Prix win. Following that, designs were started for Centaurus III.

ASC2012

In 2012 we built our 10th solar vehicle, Centaurus III, and placed 5th in the American Solar Challenge. Afterwards, the team made the decision to start building multi-occupant practical solar vehicles.
